About me

I’ve been training with kettlebells since 2008 and teaching part-time  since July 2011.

I’ve also been training/studying  Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the past couple of years, in an effort to add some flexibility to my ageing frame.

I’m in my late thirties and am pushing on a bit, trying to recoup what fitness I lost through 20 years of smoking and a sedentary lifestyle.

I’ll be documenting my thoughts and musings here along with some kettlebell training tips and ideas.
